Double inlet centrifugal ID Fans of this type are used for gas removal from covers of cast-iron and slag trunks of blast-furnace casting yard. It is allowed to install such ID Fans in processing systems for handling nonaggressive gases (The dustiness should be not more than 1 g/m3, abrasion and sticking tendency should be similar to ashed flue gases).
